This Architectural Designer role focuses on custom homes and residential developments. You will translate client needs and design concepts into detailed plans and specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop residential designs from concepts through detailed construction drawings
- Prepare sketches, three dimensional models, and client renderings

Requirements:

- Architecture or related design degree
- Three to five years architectural design experience
