This customer-focused Insurance Advisor supports walk-in, phone, and returning clients with ICBC transactions and personal lines. You will process policies, provide quotes, explain coverage options, and offer risk management advice. The position welcomes freshers with a valid Level 1 licence and basic exposure, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process ICBC Autoplan transactions, plates, transfers, and renewals
- Execute auto and personal lines processing through PolicyCenter
- Provide accurate quotes and personalized coverage options
- Handle policy changes, cancellations, counter, and phone transactions
- Analyze client needs and offer sound risk management advice

Requirements:

- Valid Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- Six months of ICBC Autoplan or Personal Lines experience preferred
- Familiarity with ICBC PolicyCenter and insurance procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in person at Burns Lake branch
