Lead food and beverage operations at Pursuit while supervising teams, upholding service standards, and resolving guest concerns on the spot. This full time, year-round position starts in October.
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support daily outlet management and guest experience improvement. You will help recruit, train, and manage staff while maintaining food quality, hygiene, safety compliance, and accurate inventory. The position also supports revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and exceed customer expectations
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues expediently
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Track inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels
- Submit daily reports on promotions, feedback, and unsatisfied guests
Requirements:
- Five or more years of food and beverage experience
- Hospitality diploma or degree is an asset
- Experience building relationships across organizational levels
- Effective communication and service standards implementation skills
- Consent to a criminal record check
