Events, Weddings and Visitor Enquiry Coordinator

Company: Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM), University of Oxford

You will join the Bodleian Libraries, supporting our prestigious events, weddings and visitor experiences across historic Oxford venues.

As the first point of contact for commercial enquiries, you will deliver excellent customer service, manage bookings and prepare tailored quotations. You will build positive client relationships, identify sales opportunities and maintain accurate records. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will help ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors.

This is a full time, fixed-term post for 2 years, working 36.5 hours per week.
