Coordinate cross-border customs documentation at Titanium Transportation Group in Bolton, using clearance systems and accurate document preparation. Work in-office at the head office.

Reporting to the Customs Manager, this Customs Coordinator supports the operations team with freight clearances. The role requires customs documentation, electronic systems, clear communication, and exact information review. You will work with internal and external clients to ensure documents are received, created, and delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop manifests, PAPS/PARS, ACE, and ACI documents
- Generate clearance manifests through electronic customs systems
- Resolve customs issues with drivers, brokers, CBP, and CBSA




- Submit clearance requests to Customs Brokers
- Maintain records and shipper and consignee profiles

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of transportation industry experience
- Experience with customs clearance processes and relevant documents
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Post-secondary diploma or certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
