Support humanitarian expert deployments worldwide as a Deployment Officer with CANADEM, coordinating logistics and assisting consultants. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

CANADEM seeks a Deployment Officer to support experts assigned to United Nations receiving agencies through the Standby Partnership Network. The one-year contract includes a possible extension and requires office attendance at least Wednesdays. You will coordinate operational details while supporting global assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support consultants before and during international deployments
- Coordinate flights, insurance, equipment, and visas
- Assist contracting and collect consultant documents
- Forward monthly invoices and expense reports
- Prepare funder reports and support program outreach

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or relevant professional expertise
- Two to three years of relevant organizational experience
- Fluent English; French fluency is an asset
- Solid Microsoft Suite, organization, and communication skills
- Canadian citizenship or eligibility to work in Canada
