This senior specialist supports Marketplace Operations by managing cross-border seller programs and developing reporting insights. The work involves operational metrics, returns management, and customer service. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve seller and customer experiences across global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-border seller programs with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor seller performance and operational metrics
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Resolve operational issues affecting sellers and customers
- Coordinate Remote Fulfillment across multiple marketplaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- One to two years in day-to-day operations or logistics
- Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce experience is an asset
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset
