Support events planning, trade shows, and Geotab Connect as a full time paid Events Intern in Geotab’s flexible hybrid work model.

Geotab seeks an Events Intern for a 12-month work-term beginning January 2027. You will support logistical planning for internal and external events, work with vendors, and develop execution skills through event platforms. The internship includes Monday to Friday hours totaling 37.5 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan trade shows and events within predetermined timelines
- Record event budgets and update event calendars
- Support Geotab’s marquee annual event, Geotab Connect
- Coordinate production vendors and internal project teams
- Develop timelines, contact lists, and onsite schedules

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Interest in event planning
- Zero to one year of events experience
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects

Build event planning experience through trade shows, vendor coordination, Geotab Connect, and technology-focused event execution.
