Regehr Excavating Ltd. is seeking a Construction Site Foreman for various Fraser Valley locations. The position requires construction-site team leadership, work scheduling, material requisition, and productivity improvement. You may also train workers, prepare reports, and supervise apprentices, helpers, and laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Coordinate activities with project supervisors or managers
- Requisition construction materials and supplies
- Resolve work problems and recommend productivity measures
- Prepare production and other reports

Requirements:

- Two to three years or more supervising construction sites
- Experience as a construction team leader
- Ability to complete construction safety training
- Availability for outdoor work in all weather
- Ability to supervise related construction workers
