As Merchandise Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with SOP compliance, Company programs, and operational results. You will coordinate truck processing, SISO routines, planograms, visual standards, pricing, promotions, and inventory control. This role also provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, supports fulfillment, and develops team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
- Plan workloads and prioritize daily store tasks
- Execute SISO routines and maintain in-stock levels
- Oversee planogram sets and visual merchandising standards




- Process pricing, promotions, fulfillment, and inventory routines

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25–50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools
- Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
