Support Toronto youth through digital engagement, resource navigation, and short-term coaching in an onsite Youth Coach position. Preferred shifts include daytime and evening service delivery.

WCG seeks a Youth Coach passionate about helping young people access employment, education, and career opportunities. You will provide live chat support, proactive outreach, micro-coaching, and warm referrals. The role focuses on navigation rather than caseload management or Employment Action Plans, helping youth understand services and achievable next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to youth inquiries through live chat and support inboxes
- Explain employment pathways, resources, and next steps clearly
- Connect youth with Employment Ontario and community supports




- Document interactions accurately in relevant systems
- Apply escalation protocols for urgent or high-risk situations

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service, coaching, mentoring, or youth engagement
- Solid digital literacy across chat and web-based applications
- Excellent written communication using warm, youth-friendly language
- Ability to build trust with diverse youth populations
- Comfort working evening shifts and onsite in Toronto
