Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Calgary area. You will maintain client facilities, plan and execute responsive and planned maintenance, and supervise subcontractors while ensuring safety and compliance with contract requirements.
The role requires solid technical skills in HVAC, electrical and plumbing, plus a valid Class 5 AB driver's license. Travel to multiple client sites and after-hours on-call are part of the job.
