Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex towing and storage claims across North America
- Negotiate fees, vehicle releases, and settlements
- Guide and mentor Auto Claims teams

Requirements:

- University degree, related college diploma, or completed CIP
- Minimum two years of claims adjusting experience
- Personal auto and commercial claims handling experience
- Solid negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Claims systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
