As a Media Sales Strategist, you will represent 94.1 The Breeze, Q97.9, and Stingray Radio stations nationwide. The role focuses on managing client relationships, developing proposals, and growing advertising revenue. You will cover Northeastern Nova Scotia and report to the General Sales Manager or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead local sales for two Pictou County radio stations
- Use radio, digital, video, and social media solutions
- Manage prospecting, needs analysis, presentations, negotiation, and closing
- Grow client accounts and identify recent business opportunities
- Coordinate campaigns with promotions, programming,



creative, and digital teams

Requirements:

- Two or more years of consultative sales or account management experience
- Multimedia advertising or digital media experience is an asset
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and valid vehicle insurance
