Manulife is hiring a Business Analyst for its SimCorp Operations Support team in Montreal. This hybrid role supports day-to-day production activities, operational risk management, user experience, and initiatives related to the SimCorp Dimension ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily and monthly controls to maintain assets in the investment book of record.
- Review processes, access controls, and documentation to support operational risk management.
- Coordinate portfolio onboarding, portfolio calculations, and other operational tasks.
- Manage and resolve system error-log issues while following change-management controls.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis, process improvement, upgrade testing, and system enhancements.
- Work with business partners to understand requirements, communicate solutions, and provide progress updates.




- Prepare business requirements and project documentation.

Qualifications

- Relevant undergraduate education in Business, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent work experience in securities operations.
- Knowledge of investment assets and securities lifecycle events, internal controls, business requirements, and process documentation.
- Bilingual French and English communication skills are required.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension, SQL, large datasets, Excel, Copilot, or Power BI is preferred.

Compensation and work arrangement

Hybrid work in Montreal, Quebec. Salary range: $59,700–$99,500 CAD per year, with potential incentive compensation.
