This Maintenance Supervisor leads preventive, corrective, routine, and on-demand maintenance for treatment plant facilities. The position oversees contractors, maintains CMMS work orders, coordinates projects, and supports operational and safety goals. It also contributes to asset management and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance team activities and contractor performance
- Coordinate preventive maintenance program implementation
- Maintain work order records in CMMS software
- Identify, record, and escalate facility deficiencies
- Coordinate facility-related projects and emergency response

Requirements:

- Facility operations and maintenance work experience
- Experience supervising in a union setting
- Ability to maintain mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- CMMS experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory abstract
