TreeHouse Foods seeks a Human Resources Generalist for a 20 month contract supporting a manufacturing site. The position covers hourly recruiting, payroll administration, employee concerns, investigations, and policy application. You will use Workday, audit personnel data, and track workforce activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain visibility and interaction with employees across all shifts
- Manage full cycle hourly recruiting and employee orientation
- Administer payroll for temporary and hourly staff
- Audit Workday data, timekeeping, schedules, and time off requests
- Address concerns,



conduct investigations, and support policy application

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience
- Manufacturing plant experience preferred for site support
- Workday or Dimensions UKG experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills required
