Lead wildfire warehouse operations in High Level, Alberta, managing inventory, equipment, procurement, and logistical support for Forest Operations activities.

The Alberta Public Service seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the Ministry of Forestry and Parks. Reporting to the Wildfire Operations Officer, you will oversee materials, supplies, equipment, and mobile assets supporting pre-suppression and suppression activities. This permanent, full time position works 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise inventory distribution, tracking, control, and disposal
- Maintain accurate inventory and provincial-standard equipment records
- Coordinate wildfire equipment acquisition, returns, and maintenance
- Manage ATVs, fleet activities, and short-term rentals
- Provide logistical support to Incident Command Teams

Requirements:

- High school diploma and three years of related experience
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Standard First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely
- Willingness to travel throughout the area and province
