Victaulic seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to process customer orders accurately and on time. You will pick, pack, receive, organize, and manage inventory while maintaining a clean warehouse. The position also includes customer service, shipment paperwork, and safe equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage customer-order inventory
- Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials
- Complete waybills and required shipment documentation accurately




- Serve walk-in customers professionally and helpfully
- Maintain locator-control records, cleanliness, and safety procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of warehouse experience preferred
- Counter Balance and Reach truck certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physical fitness and willingness to work occasional extra hours
