As Production Shift Leader Supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and develop frontline team members. The position requires manufacturing experience, supervisory leadership, OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMP knowledge. You will help teams meet targets while supporting quality, materials, and process performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple production lines and frontline manufacturing teams
- Ensure safe practices, inspections, audits, and incident investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ manufacturing experience
