As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will execute location-based initiatives with Store Management and the Area Loss Prevention Manager. Your work includes investigations, apprehensions, inventory accuracy, and team training. The position supports customer and employee safety while protecting company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Loss Prevention policies and initiatives at UNIQLO Southgate Centre
- Train store personnel on procedures, policies, and initiatives
- Identify shoplifters and safely apprehend subjects under applicable laws
- Investigate internal theft and track external theft incidents
- Use CCTV, EAS,



Access Control, and reporting systems

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related Loss Prevention experience
- Provincial licensing and Canadian apprehension law knowledge
- Internal investigation and external apprehension program experience
- Experience with CCTV, surveillance, EAS, and Access Control
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
