As part of the HR Communications and Marketing team, you'll help raise Soucy's profile among its internal and external audiences. Through strategies, content, and projects, you'll contribute to our employer branding, internal communications, and outreach initiatives, while showcasing our talent, culture, and manufacturing expertise.

This role is for an experienced professional who is comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and partners. If you enjoy advising as much as you do creating, telling stories, and driving projects forward, this position could be your next challenge

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Serve as an advisor to internal teams by contributing to the planning and execution of initiatives related to employer branding, recruitment, internal communications, and corporate outreach
- Lead content planning and ideation by proposing angles, topics, and messages consistent with the employer brand,



corporate brand, and business objectives
- Showcase our talent, culture, and manufacturing expertise by conducting interviews, identifying compelling stories, and coordinating the collection of source material needed to create content (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.)
- Contribute to our social media content in collaboration with our partner agency by identifying content opportunities, producing materials, and creating content
- Write and coordinate various types of communication content, including for recruitment, internal communications, employer branding campaigns, and corporate initiatives
- Coordinate various projects by liaising with internal partners, suppliers, and external agencies
- Analyze the performance of implemented initiatives, track trends, and contribute to the evolution of practices, tools, and processes
