Support job seekers through career planning and job search assistance as a part-time Pre-Employment Specialist at Fanshawe College in Simcoe.

This position provides individualized and group pre-employment support within Community Career and Employment Services. You will help clients build resumes, complete applications, prepare for interviews, and pursue sustainable employment outcomes. The work requires knowledge of Employment Ontario programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled service to clients, staff, employers, and community members
- Deliver individual and group pre-employment support
- Create workshops based on current job seeker needs
- Connect regularly with clients to maintain engagement
- Document client activity and employment outcomes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years of recent relevant experience
- Career and Employment Services experience
- Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs and services
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
