As Quality Control Assistant Manager, you will support daily QC operations across raw materials, packaging components, bulk products, and finished products. You will supervise personnel, coordinate workflow, review documentation, and support investigations within a cosmetics manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support raw material, packaging, bulk, and finished product testing
- Supervise QC personnel and provide testing guidance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
- Three to five years of relevant GMP quality control experience
- Mandarin and English proficiency, written and verbal
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory standards
- Supervisory experience, Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills
