Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for CCU, ICU, Cardiac Stepdown, High Acuity, and CSICU settings. You will provide person-centered care in an acute medical unit, following BCCNM standards and Fraser Health values. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and evaluate nursing interventions
- Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and set priorities
- Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals




- Teach patients and families about health care and self-care

Requirements:

- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Applicable post graduate coursework or equivalent preparation
- Ability to organize, communicate, collaborate, and provide patient advocacy
