Analyze program performance and financial data as a Performance Measurement Specialist supporting MNO’s Education and Training Branch operations. Strengthen reporting through Excel, evaluation, and accountability monitoring.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Performance Measurements, this specialist supports strategic and financial goals through operational oversight and data analysis. The work includes reviewing performance reports, tracking spending trends, monitoring outcomes, and supporting program effectiveness. You will help maintain compliance, accountability, and funder deliverables across the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor performance measures and accountability frameworks against funding directives
- Interpret program usage and financial spending trends




- Generate qualitative and quantitative reports for internal and external use
- Complete program evaluations and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, timelines, and audit documentation

Requirements:

- College diploma and one to three years of experience
- Knowledge of performance measures and data analysis methods
- Robust Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel
- Analytical and evaluative skills assessing compliance and accountability
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
