Responsibilities

Lead wholesale sales efforts to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Manage and optimize wholesale pipeline to forecast potential deals.

Set, track,



and report KPIs across territory performance and activities.

Develop and grow key wholesale accounts through strategic planning.

Lead and develop a high-performing wholesale team, providing coaching and feedback.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring profitability.

Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers to expand coverage.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.

Collaborate with marketing to create demand generation for wholesale channels.

Ensure accurate order processing, inventory forecasting, and on-time deliveries.

Deliver regular performance updates to leadership with insights and action plans.

Experience/Qualifications

Proven wholesale sales leadership with quarterly and annual revenue targets achieved.

Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting for wholesale deals.

Track and report territory KPIs, with data-driven performance insights.
