Être à l’écoute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu’entreprendra la réclamation, répondre à ses questions et livrer un service qui dépasse ses attentes. Analyser les garanties d’assurance du client et lui expliquer clairement quelles sont ses protections en lien avec la réclamation présentée.



Recueillir les versions des faits sur les circonstances du sinistre auprès des assurés, des tierces parties et d’autres intervenants. Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des coûts externes. Détenir un certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A. Détenir un diplôme collégial et/ou formation équivalente et/ou jugée pertinente. Expérience d’expert en sinistre (6 mois à 1 an) ayant touché à quelques dossiers de responsabilité civile (un atout). Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
