As ETC's Operations Manager, you'll keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while building the processes and systems we need to grow. You'll manage the suppliers and manufacturing partners who build our products and keep materials and finished goods moving on time. From there, you'll connect the work across the business, from product quality to customer relationships and delivery. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility for the people, systems, and processes that keep ETC running, including contracts, facilities, IT, health and safety, and compliance. Supply Chain Management Manage supplier relationships and supply chain activities to keep materials, products, and services arriving on time. Manage relationships with the contract manufacturers who build our products, including production schedules, quality, and cost. Plan inventory levels that meet business and customer needs. Oversee purchasing, sourcing, and logistics to manage costs while maintaining quality standards. Manage day-to-day operations across departments so the work lines up with ETC’s business goals Build the operational strategies, tools, and processes that help every department scale and keep improving Manage contract set-up, review, and implementation to protect ETC’s interests and support strategic partnerships Maintain processes and systems that meet applicable industry and international quality standards. Facilities & IT Management Keep ETC's workplace safe, functional, and well-maintained, including managing external providers for cleaning, maintenance, and facility improvements.



Oversee day-to-day IT operations and work with external IT providers to ensure our systems, processes, and controls support the business. Customer Support Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and external partners, helping ensure a positive customer experience. Support internal teams with the information they need to keep customers informed and resolve issues. Help resolve customer concerns, product quality issues, and returns. Represent ETC positively with customers and partners, helping strengthen relationships and support business growth. Leadership and Planning Turn business priorities into clear, actionable plans and keep the team on track. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and make cost-effective decisions. Contribute to business planning by identifying resource needs, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. Represent ETC at industry events and conferences when aligned with business goals. 5 to 8 years of operations experience with a strong supply chain focus, including purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management. Manufacturing experience is an asset, particularly working with contract manufacturers in a company that designs or supplies physical products. A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field Experience managing suppliers and vendors, including delivery timelines, costs, and quality expectations. Hands-on experience with purchasing, inventory management, and ERP systems. Experience working with quality management systems and supporting audits. Ability to manage a variety of operational responsibilities, from supply chain and quality to facilities, IT, and workplace safety.
