Key Responsibilities

Coach claims examiners and team leads directly Develop team leads into supervisors through guidance Manage daily operations against KPIs and service standards Implement e-claims systems and AI-powered tools Oversee litigation files and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive claims leadership experience Experience managing high-volume claims teams Background in process improvement and system implementation Experience with claims technology and automation tools Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Bring hands-on leadership, claims technology experience, and operational discipline to travel insurance claims management in Hamilton.
