QA Test Lead / Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end testing, test automation, and modern quality engineering practices. This role requires leadership in defining test strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.



Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple projects and releases. Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and quality metrics. Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and test suites. Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. Oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality engineering, automation, and release processes. Identify quality risks, troubleshoot defects, and recommend mitigation strategies. Mentor and guide QA engineers on testing best practices and automation methodologies. Support CI/CD integration and promote shift-left testing practices. End-to-End Testing and QA Leadership . Test Automation Frameworks and automation strategy implementation. Quality Engineering principles , SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle management, and test governance. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for web, API, and integration testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. API and Integration Testing , including RESTful services, microservices, and third-party integrations. AI-assisted testing tools and up-to-date intelligent test automation platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
