Reliance Impact is recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the restoration and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project KPIs are met.
Requirements:
5-7 years of construction or restoration experience. Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MS Office, and MS Project. Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT) preferred. Valid driver's license and flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
