Drive operational strategy at DoorDash using data analysis, SQL, and cross-functional leadership across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail businesses. As a Senior Associate on the New Verticals Central Ops pod, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives. You will scope, launch, and iterate product features that improve order quality and selection. This individual contributor role partners with Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own metrics and improve key business performance indicators Create quarterly and annual plans aligned with product capabilities Lead go-to-market and iteration for product features Improve in-store tooling, selection coverage, and inventory accuracy Lead cross-functional work streams with technical teams

Requirements:

One to three or more years of relevant experience Completed Bachelor's Degree Comfort using Excel and visualizing data Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making Ability to solve problems from first principles Apply analytical thinking, operational ownership, and product strategy to improve DoorDash Recent Verticals delivery quality.
