Provide quality service to clients by ensuring that customer is completely satisfied with services provided. Drive all HSE initiatives in the field along with maintaining compliance with company safety policies. Participate in customer presentations as required. Responsible for the execution of field services performed and to ensure that the job is conducted according to company procedures. Responsible for organizing/assisting in setting up and running all services on location, from set up to teardown. Perform training assessments for Service Technicians. Assist with competency evaluations of Service Technicians. Create and provide reports to Frac Business Development & Service Manager regarding job summary and asset / product deficiencies. Work closely with Frac Business Development & Service Manager and/or other Branch Managers / Service Supervisors in the area or territory work is being performed in.



Follow all company policies and requirements of the Health and Safety Program. Minimum of 8-10 years comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry. Lead Hand and supervisory skills an asset. Supervisor and customer management training. Valid Class 1, 3 or 5 driver’s license; Strong technical aptitude, keen on learning new and existing technologies. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Rotational work with a flexible attitude and ability to travel if called upon. The following types of experience are considered assets: H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid and CSO training. Previous experience using ball drop, isolation tool and/or frac related equipment. Previous frac support or watch experience. Folding or Stiff Boom Truck Crane
- 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification an asset.
