Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this Specialist administers and improves the company’s HRIS. The work spans ADP Workforce Now, HR operations, reporting, and process improvement. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, ADP representatives, and operational leaders across properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, administer, and optimize ADP HR modules
- Provide internal ADP Workforce Now subject matter expertise
- Assess requirements and recommend practical system solutions
- Coordinate testing, documentation, integrations, and enhancements




- Support HR projects aligned with the HR Strategic Plan

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum three years of relevant HR systems experience
- ADP Workforce Now administration, reporting, or implementation experience preferred
- Solid technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
