Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, mentor, and develop backend, platform, and AI engineers
- Set scalable technical strategy and roadmap with partner teams
- Lead generative AI and machine learning productionization
- Modernize processing, publishing, and platform services




- Establish architecture, reliability, testing, and AI evaluation standards

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years managing teams of 10 or more people
- Hands-on Python, Java, and scalable distributed systems experience
- Robust cloud experience, preferably AWS
- Machine learning or generative AI production experience
