EXACT seeks an experienced Manager, Hardware and Production Engineering to lead a small hardware and mechanical design team. You will own hardware execution, contribute to electronics development, and guide mechanical decisions. The work connects product engineering with reliable, repeatable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set priorities, plan deliverables, and keep hardware projects scheduled
- Contribute to system architecture, schematics, PCB layout, and troubleshooting
- Guide enclosure, assembly, material, and manufacturing design decisions
- Lead design reviews for reliable manufacturing, assembly, and testing




- Coach engineers and co-op students while improving team practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field
- Seven or more years of relevant hardware development experience
- Hands-on electronics design and practical mechanical design experience
- Robust schematic design, PCB layout, manufacturing, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading engineers, managing priorities, and delivering projects
