As an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from contract award through closeout. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, procurement, installation, and commissioning while meeting budgets, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. The position requires leadership across clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial HVAC projects from start through closeout
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

- Oversee subcontractors and field crews for safety and quality

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in commercial HVAC project management or related fields
