The Developer Experience team powers the Equinix Developer Platform for hundreds of engineers. You will design and operate self-service systems, reduce toil through automation, and help adopt AI-driven software development lifecycle models safely. The work spans coding, review, testing, security, compliance, and delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and operate golden-path systems for engineers
- Eliminate developer toil through automation and productized tooling
- Implement AI-assisted coding, review, testing, and agentic workflows
- Evaluate AI impacts on speed, quality, and satisfaction




- Partner with security, CI/CD, and application engineering teams

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of software engineering experience
- Three-plus years in platform engineering or developer experience
- Experience operating opinionated systems at engineering scale
- Understanding of AI-driven SDLC risks and governance
- Solid written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
