DCM in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our print and fulfilment plant. You will ensure safe, productive, and productive operations while guiding Prepress, Press, Bindery and Shipping teams and partnering with the General Manager to improve systems and reduce costs.

This onsite role runs Monday to Friday at the Tristar location. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, coach staff, and uphold quality and safety programs to deliver
