Chartwell seeks a Sales Consultant, also known as a Retirement Living Consultant, to guide prospective residents through decisions. You will drive occupancy, build community relationships, and support a welcoming resident experience. The split role covers two residences and spans inquiry through move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales from inquiry through move-in
- Maintain prospect records in Yardi CRM
- Develop referral networks and community partnerships
- Represent Chartwell at local events
- Coordinate with internal teams and Marketing

Requirements:

- Proven consultative sales ability
- Senior living or service-focused experience is an asset
- CRM experience; Yardi preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
