This long-term Process Engineer assignment supports a customer’s Payments organization. The work centers on end-to-end transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and payment operations optimization. Canadian Banking and Payments transformation experience is highly preferred, while Banking and Financial Services experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize payment operations processes
- Identify efficiency, risk reduction, and automation opportunities
- Develop process maps,



metrics, and improvement roadmaps
- Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams

Requirements:

- Seven to ten plus years of Process Engineering experience
- Strong Payments domain knowledge across HVP and LVP
- Experience with SWIFT, ISO 20022, and Liquidity Management
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS, or BPR
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
