The Ministry of Social Services seeks a Manager, Community Service Development for its Child and Family Division. Reporting to the Director, Community Service Development, you will support community delivery for Ministry clients. The work includes developing resource plans, monitoring programs, and building sustainable community capacity. You will help reflect Ministry priorities and strategic goals through community-based delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts with community-based organizations
- Develop community-based resource development plans
- Monitor and measure community-delivered program effectiveness




- Oversee contract development, monitoring, and evaluation
- Build partnerships between Ministry staff and community organizations

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in community service development
- Ability to support community delivery across the North Service Area
- Ability to develop plans reflecting Ministry priorities
- Ability to foster team-oriented relationships and partnerships
- Willingness to travel as required
