As Store Manager, you will lead one of Inspired Cannabis’s retail locations in Surrey. You will coach employees, drive sales, manage labour, and oversee daily operations. Your focus includes KPIs, customer experience, inventory, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team
- Own sales, KPIs, profitability, and business performance
- Manage scheduling, payroll, expenses, and controllable costs
- Oversee inventory, cash controls, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliant, safe, and welcoming store operations

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- One to two-plus years of leadership or management preferred
- Experience leading teams and managing retail operations
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible evenings and weekends availability; lift up to 20 pounds
