Coordinate equipment repairs for Toromont Cat in Thunder Bay using service scheduling, customer communication, and technical direction. This is a full time contract position.

As Field Service Advisor, you will manage repair scheduling across internal and external service teams. You will collaborate with the Supervisor and Coordinator while maintaining quotes, timelines, process flow, and accurate WIP processing. The role requires service operations experience and post-secondary education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for Technicians
- Update and manage Service Scheduler accurately
- Provide customer support and repair follow-up
- Open work orders and verify warranty information
- Review daily WIP for invoicing and KPIs

Requirements:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum five years of service operations experience
- Ability to coordinate internal and external service teams
- Ability to maintain accurate quotes and timelines
