Swisslog Healthcare seeks a Field Service Engineer for customer sites throughout the greater Moncton area. This position supports medication management systems, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency service, and user training. The work helps maintain system performance and patient safety in hospitals across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide preventive, corrective, emergency, and paid customer services
- Start up Translogic Systems and new Swisslog products
- Train customers on system and light maintenance operations
- Report product quality issues and complete required documentation




- Attend training and maintain current system knowledge

Requirements:

- One to three years field service experience with electro-mechanical products
- Vocational school, military experience, or equivalent job experience
- Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Basic computer networking and Windows application experience
- Valid Recent Brunswick driver’s license and excellent driving record
