Owner Relations Technology is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead its Implementation team. You will oversee pre-sale and post-sale activities, provide technical guidance, and contribute directly when needed. The work includes customer requirements, project scope, timelines, risks, data preparation, configuration, and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementations from pre-sale planning through launch and Support handoff
- Manage, coach, train, and support the Implementation team
- Review requirements, scope, timelines, risks, and configuration needs




- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and customer escalations
- Improve processes, documentation, templates, and customer experience

Requirements:

- Five or more years in SaaS implementation or related work
- Experience supporting web-based software platforms and onboarding
- Strong Microsoft Excel and large-dataset proficiency
- Experience with CSV, flat files, data validation, and SQL
- Robust English communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
