Traction Rec seeks a Data Operations Analyst to support Finance, Sales, Product, customer-facing teams, and Senior Leadership. You will extract, analyze, and present data while improving reporting, data quality, and operational visibility. The work connects usage, revenue, churn, retention, and product adoption metrics to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Salesforce reporting and data extraction for key KPIs
- Pull, join, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Build and improve recurring and ad hoc reports
- Prepare executive dashboards, quarterly reviews, and board reporting
- Translate complex data into clear stakeholder insights

Requirements:

- Three-plus years with SQL, relational databases, and large datasets
- Strong Salesforce reporting, extraction, and analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and pivot tables
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
