Cohere is expanding its Canadian Public Sector Delivery team with analysts supporting Government of Canada deployments. You will work with Engineering Program Managers, Technical Leads, and senior leadership. The work includes documenting multi-stakeholder programs, maintaining delivery artefacts, and progressing toward leading client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams
- Coordinate client sessions and capture outcomes
- Manage agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups
- Maintain plans, reports, RAID logs,



and decision records
- Manage program documentation in public sector systems

Requirements:

- One to four years in technology or management consulting
- Experience maintaining project plans and delivery logs
- Ability to lead working sessions with clients
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
