One Degree Organic Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced production workplace. You will oversee line performance, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, safety, and maintenance teams to meet KPIs.

The role requires monitoring line efficiency, conducting hourly audits, and driving continuous improvements while ensuring accurate time and attendance records and timely reporting to management.
